My thoughts the past couple of days: I want to be changed. I don’t want this pandemic to end without a serious transformation within me. I think there may be many of us that feel the same way. I believe Jesus feels that way. I believe He is wanting to do a beautiful transformative work in all who are willing.

“My loved ones, now we are children of God, and at present it is not clear what we are to be. We are certain that at his revelation we will be like him; for we will see him as he is.” I John 3:2 BBE

According to this verse, we change to be like Him when we see Him as He is. He has given us a miraculous opportunity to seek Him as He truly is. The past week or so, I’ve felt His presence so near and so inviting. As the song says, His goodness leads us to repentance. It is His goodness that is calling us to turn our focus and attention to Him. How else will we truly see Him as He is?
